Attwells advises on acquisition of Woodbridge Logistics Company

Attwells has advised on the acquisition of a Logistics Company based in Woodbridge.

This follows Attwells’ recent expansion into Woodbridge and commenting on this Nick Attwell said: “We are delighted to have advised on this acquisition and this marks a significant milestone in our mission to deliver high-quality legal services across Woodbridge and its surrounding area.”

Attwells provided comprehensive legal support throughout the process including corporate due diligence, negotiation of the share purchase agreement and disclosure letter. Administration of the disclosure bundle, data room and ancillary documentation.

The deal also involved the negotiation of a commercial lease.
