Attwells advises Renewable Energy Company on Shareholder Agreement

Attwells has advised on a strategic shareholder agreement between the shareholders of two renewable energy companies.

As part of the deal, the client secured a minority stake in the other company in return for delivering specialist support and expertise in renewable energy solutions.

Our role included scrutinising the initial drafts of the shareholder agreement and articles of association and highlighting the key risks. Then shaping a negotiation strategy with the client and leading the negotiations until a successful agreement was reached.
