Attwells Solicitors has been shortlisted for three awards in this year’s Modern Law Conveyancing Awards which is being held in Liverpool on the 24th of November.

We have been shortlisted for the ‘Client Care Award’ alongside national law firms Taylor Rose and UK conveyancing firm Countrywide. In addition, we have also been shortlisted for ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year (Midlands) Award’ and the ‘Mental Health and Wellbeing Award’.

After committing to continuously improving our service offering and our standard of client care, we recently won the Feefo Gold Trust Service Award after being consistently rated over 4.5 out of 5 by our clients.

Online review statistics report that over 90% of people read customer reviews before making a purchase. We have already published over 1,600 reviews since 2018 and were one of the first advocates for online reviews locally. Nick Attwell, founder comments “Customer reviews allow others to know what level of service they can expect. During a stressful time like moving home, this can be extremely reassuring.”

This could be one of the reasons that we were also shortlisted for the ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year (Midlands)’ award along with local firm Birketts. Over 2021 we helped to move over 2,600 homeowners and first-time buyers across the East of England and London making us one of the leading conveyancing providers in Suffolk

Founded in 2007, we are led by a team of IT-savvy individuals that focus not only on client care but also on the fundamentals of law. “We are focused on improving the client’s experience when moving home. We aim to break down the barriers to law, not only by giving young people the opportunity to enter the legal profession but by providing our clients with plain- English advice at a touch of a button.” – Laura Catania, Head of Conveyancing.

This was evident back in 2020 when COVID-19 paused the country. During this turbulent time, we found innovative ways to overcome the crisis and have since expanded in size. But this was not just in terms of our legal services, we also supported our employees by introducing a mental health and wellbeing programme. Back in June of this year, our commitment to a positive mental health and well-being work culture was also recognised by Mind who awarded us a silver award in their national workplace assessment. On top of this, we have also been shortlisted for the Mental Health and Wellbeing award at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards comment “We will celebrate those determined firms who embraced the opportunity, overcame challenges, and have managed to find their feet in this new era of conveyancing.”
