The deal was completed within an exceptionally demanding timeframe, with the transaction progressing from instruction to completion in just 51 days. The successful outcome demonstrates Attwells’ ability to manage complex corporate transactions efficiently while maintaining momentum under significant time pressure.
Working closely with all parties involved, the team oversaw and coordinated every stage of the transaction. This included negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement, preparing the Disclosure Letter, managing the due diligence process, organising the disclosure bundle and data room, and finalising the ancillary transaction documents required for completion.
