Excellent service from start to finish. Amie was professional, efficient and sensitive. She was extremely knowledgeable when dealing with all aspects of the purchase of our leasehold flat. But more importantly, she was understanding and sensitive and proved herself to be acting fully in our interests at all times and dealt with other agencies on our behalf when things were difficult. She was always quick to respond to queries and kept us informed of developments as they happened, respectfully taking our views into account and ensuring we understood what was happening. Our Colchester office is near the ASK Italian restaurant chain which is ideal for dining or lunch. A short walk away is the Fenwick shopping centre where you can enjoy shopping in a great range of shops.

Colchester is the oldest recorded town in Britain and for a time the capital of Roman Britain. During the Mediaeval Period, the Norman Keep Colchester Castle was built and remains a principal landmark in the town. Still to this day, Colchester has a strong military correction with the Colchester Garrison being home to the 16th Air Assault Brigade.
