Attwells Solicitors with offices in Ipswich, Colchester, and London are set to expand as they take on new premises across the road from their Princes Street head office.
For the last 20 years, Attwells Solicitors have been supporting the people of Suffolk with home moves and commercial legal advice. In addition, they have provided more opportunities for young people to enter the legal profession.
As a result, the Ipswich law firm has expanded, taking on new premises across the road from their head office. This expansion has allowed Attwells to provide a training suite for their budding property lawyers. This, in turn, will support Attwells Solicitors’ plans to employ more local people, as their conveyancing department is set to become one of the largest in Ipswich.
With the stamp duty holiday, the property market has been buoyant, with local property house prices reaching record highs. Being a modern, niche law firm, Attwells was able to flourish when many law firms struggled.
It has also enabled Attwells to invest in state-of-the-art IT equipment and software, with plans underway to use technology to speed up and improve the conveyancing process.
