I have used Attwells twice now for the purchase of my house's. After such a pleasant experience five years ago, I used them again and they did not disappoint! My emails where getting picked up within the hour, and the staff would always be there to answer a call. Amie Clarke dealt with our purchase and we could not be happier. Thank you To Amie and the team at Attwells

Completed on our property around a week ago. We are super happy with the service received from Lisa and her team. We have a tight timescale and they achieved it. Very efficient and great communication throughout the process.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Amie was professional, efficient and sensitive. She was extremely knowledgeable when dealing with all aspects of the purchase of our leasehold flat. But more importantly, she was understanding and sensitive and proved herself to be acting fully in our interests at all times and dealt with other agencies on our behalf when things were difficult. She was always quick to respond to queries and kept us informed of developments as they happened, respectfully taking our views into account and ensuring we understood what was happening. Attwells Solicitors and Amie - highly recommended. Will definitely use again!

Would recommend this solicitors to anyone. I had a complicated chain that took nearly 7 months to complete,

I would personally like to thank Amie Clarke purely for her fast and proactive response with the conveyancing process, and to all email correspondence. I , as a first time buyer was treated with respect and understanding throughout.
I can't thank Amie enough also for her friendly professional approach, and putting up with my frustration throughout all of the hiccups.
You are an asset to Attwells and I hope they appreciate you as much as I did.

Baker Street and the surrounding Marylebone Village hum with independent fashion boutiques, wellness studios, and inviting cafés, while traditional pubs like The Globe or The Metropolitan Bar serve a perfect post-work pint or Sunday roast.

Just a five-minute stroll south brings you to the world-famous 221B Baker Street – home of the Sherlock Holmes Museum—and the ever-popular Madame Tussauds next door. Head north instead and you’ll reach the leafy paths of Regent’s Park, where you can catch an open-air theatre performance, wander Queen Mary’s rose garden, or visit London Zoo.

Sports enthusiasts aren’t left out; Lord’s Cricket Ground is a pleasant 10-minute walk across the park. And if you’re a Beatles fan, the iconic Abbey Road crossing is only a short bus ride (or energetic walk) away – perfect for recreating that legendary album cover before heading back to Baker Street for coffee and cake.

Whether you’re shopping, sightseeing, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Baker Street puts the best of central London right on your doorstep.
