I qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Since 2006, I have advised businesses and individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I am also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
My areas of expertise include:
- Contracts: enforcing post termination restrictions (restrictive covenants), resolving contractual disputes, and settlement agreements.
- Day to Day HR advice: disciplinaries, grievances, and whistleblowing claims.
- Business Transfers: guidance on the employment aspects of TUPE.
- Litigation: unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
