I qualified as a solicitor in 2005.  Since 2006, I have advised businesses and individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.  I am also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

My areas of expertise include:

  • Contracts: enforcing post termination restrictions (restrictive covenants), resolving contractual disputes, and settlement agreements.
  • Day to Day HR advice: disciplinaries, grievances, and whistleblowing claims.
  • Business Transfers: guidance on the employment aspects of TUPE.
  • Litigation: unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
