Attwells Solicitors have won the client care award at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards. The award was presented to us at an event hosted in Liverpool.

We were up against national law firms Taylor Rose and UK conveyancing firm Countrywide, but it was Attwells Solicitors that took home the award.

Client Care Award

Known for our client care, we also won the Feefo Gold Trust Service Award in May of this year after being consistently rated over 4.7 out of 5 by clients.

We have already published over 1,600 reviews since 2018 and were one of the first advocates for online reviews locally. Founder Nick Attwell comments “Customer reviews allow others to know what level of service they can expect. During a stressful time like moving home, this can be extremely reassuring.” Online review statistics report that over 90% of people read customer reviews before making a purchase.

Conveyancing Lawyers

Since 2020 we have helped to move nearly 4,000 homeowners and first-time buyers across the East of England and London making us one of the leading conveyancing providers in Suffolk and Essex. For an SME law firm to win a national client care award as voted by their peers is a massive achievement and highlights the efforts made by the whole firm to improve the conveyancing experience.

Founded in 2007 we are led by a team of IT-savvy individuals that focus not only on client care but also on the fundamentals of law. “We are focused on improving the client’s experience when moving home. Our aim is to break down the barriers to law, not only by giving young people the opportunity to enter the legal profession but by providing our clients with plain- English advice at a touch of a button.” – Laura Catania, Head of Conveyancing.

Employee Mental Health and Well-being

This was evident back in 2020 when COVID-19 paused the country. During this time we found innovative ways to overcome the crisis and have expanded in size. But this was not just limited to their legal services, we also supported our employees by introducing a mental health and well-being programme. Back in June of this year, our commitment to a positive mental and well-being work culture was also recognised by Mind who awarded us a silver award in their national workplace assessment. As a consequence, we were also ‘Highly Recommended’ for our Mental Health and Well-being work too.

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards comment “We will celebrate those determined firms who embraced the opportunity, overcame challenges, and have managed to find their feet in this new era of conveyancing.”
