Josh’s primary role within the litigation department involves assessing clients’ individual needs and tailoring his advice to deliver the best possible outcomes. He specialises in contentious property disputes, regularly advising both landlords, tenants and management companies on a wide range of complex issues.
Josh has developed a strong reputation for his coherent and friendly approach, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and suited to each client. He takes the time to understand his clients’ objectives and works closely with them to achieve practical solutions.
