Jack Allitt

I joined Attwells in 2022 after completing my LPC in 2020.
I started in the Residential Conveyancing team at the Colchester office. In 2023, I began my training contract with the firm and completed my seats in Residential Conveyancing, Litigation, Employment Law, and Commercial. I qualified for the commercial department in 2025.
I mainly specialise in property investor transactions such as company buy-to-lets, commercial auctions and transfers of properties from individuals to a company.

Hobbies & Interests: I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures, watching and participating in various sports, and walking in the countryside.
Examples of the work Jack has done or been involved in:
Recently Jack Allitt’s Company BTL Team bought at Auction a Telephone Box for a client in London. The Box is a Grade 2 listed property and our client acquired the rights to the Box and not the land that it sits upon.
Jack Allitt’s Company BTL Team sold via Auction one of the smallest properties in London described in the Daily Mail as “the width of a king size mattress”.
